Four temperatures, one order.
Start warm, go hot, then cold, then rest on the stone. Every pool is measured at 06:30 each morning.
How to use the baths

The Spring Pool

Fed straight from the spring at 85 litres a minute. The whole pool is replaced every six hours.
The Fire Pool

The hottest water in the house. Stay ten minutes, then get out and sit on the stone.
The Cold Pool
1.6 m
Snowmelt from the upper valley, filtered through gravel. Thirty seconds is enough.
The Steam Room
Three tiers
Spring water poured over hot stone every twenty minutes. No oils and no scents.

Twelve narrow slots in the roof. At noon the light falls straight onto the Spring Pool.

Places are limited so the halls stay quiet. When a session reads Full, it is full.

Quieter than a recording studio.
The pool halls measure NC-15. Speech is for the changing rooms and the terrace. Phones stay in the lockers, and there is no music anywhere.
